- Permit Status (2025):
- Resort Overlay Zone (ROZ): Unlimited licenses (Copper Mountain, Keystone, Tiger Run).
- Neighborhood Zones (NOZ): Capped by basin. As of 2025, waitlists are active for Type II licenses in most basins (Upper Blue and Snake River) as they remain over cap.
